This role is a calling, not just a career, providing direct behavioral intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) to an autism population. Services are delivered in center, home, and community settings. The Behavioral Treatment Technician is responsible for developing therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely, and providing therapeutic services both independently and as part of a team, under the direction of clinical supervisors. The position also involves providing reports and program updates to supervisors and team members, complying with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ethics Code, and attending team and department meetings for ongoing training and education on client-specific and behavioral analytic interventions. The technician is expected to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
