About The Position

Shine Your Star ABA is a growing, supportive ABA agency providing in-home and clinic-based services to children and adolescents ages 3–18. Our mission is centered on belonging, safety, trust, and individualized support. We focus on building meaningful relationships and helping each child develop skills that support independence and confidence in their everyday lives.

We are currently seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for a 6-year-old child with autism. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong connections with young children and supporting skill development through play-based and structured activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred but not required)
• Passion for working with children with autism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social skills, play skills, and daily routines
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• Collect and record session data
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and participate in training
