About The Position

Hiring PRN Behavioral Therapist’s with a flexible schedule to suit your needs! We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Requirements

• Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred.
• LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
• 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
• State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling and support services for a mixed caseload.
• Assist with the development of treatment plans.
• Conduct individual family assessments.
• Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plan and plan of care.
• Document interventions and provide referrals to outside resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Report and be accountable to the Director of Social Services.
