The Role: Behavioral Technician (BT) The Behavioral Technician (BT) provides direct behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Makom’s clinic-based setting. Under the supervision of a licensed clinician or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BT implements individualized behavior support plans, promotes skill development, and supports individuals in achieving meaningful personal, social, and behavioral goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, observant, and committed to delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered behavioral care.
