The Behavioral Line Technician provides direct behavioral health services for children and individuals with autism and other developmental or behavioral disorders. This role implements individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies. Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collecting accurate data, and conducting assessments such as stimulus preference assessments under supervision. Behavioral Line Technicians maintain a safe, supportive learning environment, actively engage with clients in clinic, home, or community settings in Monroe, LA, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to promote skill generalization. Weekly supervision and coaching from a BCBA ensures treatment fidelity, professional growth, and adherence to ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance.
