Behavior Technician – Pediatric Clinic Therapeds Therapy | Part of H2 Health Harker Heights & Salado, TX Part-Time | Clinic-Based | Split Between Both Locations Make a Difference in a Child’s Life Therapeds Therapy, part of H2 Health, is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support our pediatric clinics in both Harker Heights and Salado. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for working with children
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation (required for travel between both clinic locations)

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric patients
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Track and document patient progress
Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Collaborate with families and our multidisciplinary therapy team
