About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)

Nice To Haves

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
