Pay: $15 before shift differentials. Shift Options: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, or 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am 1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00 2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.50 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50

Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

Transports clients to appointments and discharge locations using a company-provided vehicle.
Completes the intake process with new clients into the program.
Maintains client documentation.
Observes and documents client self-administration of medication as applicable.
Coordinates client activities.
Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs.
Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides responses, including crisis intervention.
Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
Assists with the dietary needs of clients.
Other duties as assigned.
