Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives! What You’ll Do Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years) Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data Support skill development, communication, and social interaction Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment Pay & Career Growth Hourly Pay: Entry Level: $15.00/hr RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr Senior RBT: $21.00/hr Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to the clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified) Preferred: Active RBT certification Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields Benefits Paid training & RBT certification support Medical, dental, vision & supplemental insurance 100% tuition reimbursement (path to BCBA) University partnerships & tuition discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supportive, mission-driven team environment About Behavioral Innovations For 25 years, we’ve been combining clinical excellence with a people-first approach - for our clients and our team.
