About The Position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician Clinic-Based | Paid Training Provided Behavioral Innovations – Littleton Treatment Center UP TO $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! Make a Difference. Build a Career. Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to the clinic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
Nice To Haves
- Active RBT certification
- Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
- Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
