About The Position

We are on the lookout for both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to be a vital part of our mission at Behavioral Innovations. We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Reliable transportation is required.
Time management, observation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
Progress through the RBT Ladder.

Responsibilities

Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence.
