The Behavior Technician (BT) implements behavioral reduction or treatment plans for patients with autism or other behavioral-based disorders. The BT provides instruction to children in the areas of communication, social, play and adaptive skills. This position provides treatment and works under supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BT maintains records and tracks daily data to reflect the client's progress towards desired goals and ensures patient charts are updated.
