About The Position
The Behavior Tech is responsible for supporting the residents during their stay at the facility. Behavior techs are there as a support, to hold residents accountable, and to complete daily upkeep of the facilities. They are responsible for documenting incidents (both good and bad), encouraging residents to attend classes or events, and supporting management.
