About The Position

A family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA, QBHP or teacher to provide full-time 1:1 support for their child across home and school settings. This role is ideal for an individual who values consistency, connection, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in one child’s daily life. You’ll have the autonomy to apply your clinical expertise while building a trusted relationship with both the child and their family in a supportive, consistent environment.

Requirements

Ability to problem solve.
Strong written communication skills and report writing.
Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, texts, and emails.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and outlook systems.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Clean driving record and no criminal history (background check required)
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field or Active Teaching Certificate

Nice To Haves

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification by the BACB
Experience working with children with ASD
Experience with Programming in Clinical Settings
Experience Supervising RBTs and/or Behavior Therapists
Experience with Autism and Related Disorders
Experience supporting children in both home and school environments preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individualized behavioral support throughout the school day and at home, helping the child maintain focus, regulation, and engagement.
Implement ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans in both settings, ensuring consistency across environments.
Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
Communicate regularly with the family, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
Manage the child’s daily transportation to and from school (pick-up and drop-off).
Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional and ethical guidelines.
