About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • 3 years of experience or education in corrections, community-based residential facilities, criminal justice, human services, psychology, sociology, security, social service, mental health, behavioral health, or law enforcement preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency information.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of nutrition and sanitation.
  • Experience in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Provide security and supervision to clients.
  • Monitor client whereabouts and behavior.
