The position involves providing intensive, strength-based, one-on-one support to clients in collaboration with the clinician and reflective of the youth's mental health treatment plan. The role requires establishing relationships with youth, foster families, biological families, case managers, and other providers to deliver comprehensive services. Responsibilities include interviewing clients, performing observations, and helping patients build a plan to address behaviors, customizing behavioral and safety plans for individual clients, and providing interventions for foster parents and care provider staff.
