Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required to effectively engage and assist students who are deaf or hard of hearing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with behavioral needs, demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, and thrive in a team-oriented educational environment. Prior experience in special education or related support roles is preferred.
