About The Position
Passavant Memorial Homes (“PMH”) is one of the foremost, consumer-focused providers of support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs. PMH is currently looking to add a dedicated and compassionate member to our Behavioral Supports team in our Harmar region. The Behavioral Specialist position is a full-time position under the direct supervision of the Program Administrator. The Behavioral Specialist is responsible for the implementation and oversight of care for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional, behavioral, and social needs of individuals served. The Behavioral Specialist will carry out all Behavioral Support Services and duties aligned with those services according to the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) service description, including the development of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), Crisis Intervention Plans (CIP), and Restrictive Procedure Plans (RPP), as relevant to the client served.
