We are seeking quality applicants who hold a bachelor's degree for our Residential Enhanced Level of Care Program, an 8-bed program for male adolescents ages 12 to 18 years old. The YBS II will provide supervision, guidance, boundaries, and direction to adolescents who are in need of a more structured, individualized and enhanced level of care. They will demonstrate a variety of counseling, communication, and parenting skills, which support the formation of trusting, supportive relationships with the residents.
