Location 680 Lake Shore Drive Job Description General Summary: The Behavioral Research Coordinator II will support a pilot clinical trial evaluating a new adjunctive intervention - Parent‑Educator Action Response (PEAR) - designed to improve teacher and caregiver engagement with school‑based behavioral strategies for preschool children with ADHD and disruptive behavior symptoms. This role coordinates all aspects of study implementation, including participant recruitment, informed consent, delivery of behavioral assessments, facilitation of caregiver/teacher sessions, and qualitative interviews. The coordinator will manage data collection across multiple time points using REDCap, support fidelity monitoring of the Daily Report Card intervention, and contribute to protocol refinement for a larger future trial. Responsibilities include regulatory coordination, study documentation, data entry and QC, scheduling and conducting research visits, and collaborating closely with schools, families, and the research team to ensure high-quality, ethical research conduct.
