ProSidian Seeks a Behavioral Psychology Specialist - Mid Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0008007] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Full-Time located CONUS - Quantico, VA Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting Federal agency safeguarding DoD security, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs. Seeking Behavioral Psychology Specialist candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DITMAC. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center Support Services (Behavioral Psychology Specialist) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) | DITMAC / Insider Threat Management Division Generally Located In CONUS - Quantico, VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Requirements

Possess a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD), with a clinical and/or forensic background, and be actively licensed in clinical forensic or police and public safety
Actively licensed Psychologist in any of the 50 States or territories.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of clinical and/or forensic psychology.
Expertise in behavioral psychology, threat assessment, and profiling; experience in federal security environments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
U.S. Citizenship Required
All the LCATs must have a Top Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Possess a forensic background with experience in at least one of the two areas of operations: Threat assessment + Support to counterintelligence
A demonstrated understanding of making eligibility and access determinations for sensitive information related to workplace violence prevention.
A demonstrated understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with the greater threat professional community.
American Board of Professional Psychology Certification in either Clinical Forensic or Police and Public Safety

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments to identify potential insider threats within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) environment.
The role(s) are located in the Mid Atlantic Region is at or near CONUS - Quantico, VA.
