Requirements

Licensed in New Mexico (LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSW) – Preferred but not required
Clinically confident with strong judgment and real-world experience
Deeply culturally aware and respectful of diverse communities
Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
A calm, steady presence someone who listens first and leads with empathy
Passionate about meeting people where they are literally and emotionally

Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based therapy for youth (ages 10–17) and their families
Use strength-based, culturally responsive interventions tailored to each family
Partner with caregivers, schools, and community supports to create sustainable change
Work independently with strong team backing when needed
Maintain a manageable caseload for quality, not quantity
Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing development
