About The Position
The Behavioral Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing psychological services within assigned Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA). This role involves assessing consumer functioning, developing behavioral treatment plans, and advocating for individuals' mental health needs. The specialist will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor consumer progress and ensure the implementation of effective behavioral strategies.
