About The Position

InGenesis is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Provider to work with our client. In this role, you will provide documentation of clinical services provided and provide clinical summaries and updates to the facility behavioral health supervisor for youths treatment team. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context. Requirements

• Possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
• Experience in providing group and individual therapy to adolescents.
• Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal as required by relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code.

Nice To Haves

• Preference for those clinicians with experience working with adolescents who are justice-system involved.

Responsibilities

• Provide group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed need.
• Provide individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload.
• Provide clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress.
• Ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate closely with BHS to facilitate seamless service delivery.
