Wings brings substance use disorder treatment, adult mental health care, and infant and early childhood mental health services together under one roof to support healing for the whole family. Designed for pregnant women and mothers with children ages 0–5, Wings recognizes the unique barriers women face in accessing recovery and delivers intensive, family-centered care that promotes long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and generational wellness. Through integrated services including case management, parenting and life skills development, employment preparation, mindfulness and stress management, relationship-building, and on-site pediatric care, mothers are empowered to reach their highest potential while strengthening the health and well-being of their children. As a Behavioral Health Worker within this model, you play a vital role in that transformation. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you help implement individualized care plans, provide compassionate advocacy, and offer the emotional support clients need to thrive. This is more than a position, it is an opportunity to foster hope, resilience, and lasting recovery for women and families rebuilding their lives. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
