About The Position
The Behavioral Health Transportation Specialist is responsible for the safe and compassionate transport of behavioral health clients to appropriate destinations. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with social workers, hospital staff, and first responders, as well as the ability to manage stressful situations using de-escalation techniques. The position is full-time and primarily during night shifts, with a pay range of $18.15 to $21.53 per hour based on experience.
