Schedule/Shifts: Full-Time, 32-40 hours/week (flexible scheduling, no billable hours requirement). Location: Hybrid role, will spend most of time at Coon Rapids/Minneapolis, MN Clinics, will work some from home if caseload allows. Salary: $72,800-$83,000 depending on experience. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to qualify as a candidate! Position Summary: An LICSW,(Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) will work with a group of non-profit primary care clinics serving North and Northeast Minneapolis and the northern suburbs. They provide quality health care services that are affordable and accessible. This individual will primarily work with kids ages 6-12 along with family members involved in a small team environment (4 therapy providers and 1 therapy telehealth provider).

Requirements

LISCW, LPCC or LMFT in the state of Minnesota.
Must be bilingual (fluent) in English and Spanish.
Great communication skills and attention to detail, comfortable with computers and documentation.
Work well individually and with a small team.
Reliable transportation to commute between clinical locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health therapy to children ages 6-12 in need.
Work with family members involved to create sufficient care plans and action plans to best support the child's needs.
Provide telehealth support as needed.
Document services provided to service members with detail and accuracy.
All other tasks as assigned.
