About The Position
Signet Health is currently recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) for the outpatient senior adult program at Memorial Medical Center in Port Lavaca, TX. This is a Monday-Friday, day-shift position. Signet Health offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- State clinical licensure or license-eligible in the state of TX.
- A minimum of two years of related work experience highly desired
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
- Conducts initial assessments.
- Provides crisis intervention as needed.
- Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and CMS regulations.
- Coordinates treatment planning.
- Assist with referral development and community education.
