Behavioral Health Therapist - Kalamazoo Beacon Health System Are you passionate about supporting patients through life's most difficult moments? Beacon Health System in Kalamazoo is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will: Screen patients in crisis to assess their needs and level of care. Collaborate with providers to recommend appropriate next steps, including inpatient referral or discharge. Provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress situations. Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, or LLP).
Nice To Haves
- Crisis intervention experience preferred.
