About The Position
The Behavioral Health Therapist provides counseling and therapy for clients with diagnosed mental health and substance use disorders. This role involves collaborating with clients to perform mental health and substance use disorder evaluations, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling and support to promote positive mental health and well-being. This is a full-time, grant-funded position, contingent upon grant renewal.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience working in the Mental Health field
- Master's degree in social work, Human Services, counseling, or related field
- Current KS BSRB license in Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement
