The DUI Clinician plays a vital role in supporting clients through the DUI education and treatment process while ensuring compliance with state regulations and referral source requirements. This position involves facilitating structured group sessions focused on substance use education, decision-making skills, and personal growth. The clinician is responsible for accurately tracking clients earned DUI hours and regularly reporting progress to appropriate referral sources such as probation officers, courts, and other agencies. Other duties include coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborating with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment. In addition to group facilitation, the DUI Clinician provides individualized support through one-on-one meetings as needed to address personal challenges, develop treatment goals, and ensure clients remain engaged and on track with program requirements. The clinician collaborates with internal team members and external partners to promote client accountability and success, while maintaining detailed and confidential documentation in alignment with organizational and legal standards. This position will also do some general outpatient therapist services (individual therapy, group facilitation) that may not be DUI-focused.
