About The Position
This counselor position is licensed at a post-master's degree level. This counselor primarily provides brief and intensive therapy to individuals, children, adolescents, families and/or groups to ameliorate their identified problems in order to improve or restore their skills and abilities to successfully manage their lives and interact positively with their families and community. This position will include behavioral health services to be provided at an ECGH School Based Health Center (s). Travel will be required.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an approved and accredited school with a master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related human service field.
- License: Holds a current license in the State of New Mexico at the master's level such as, but not limited to LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LAMFT, LCSW. State Provisional License accepted.
- Experience: Completion of internships during or following attainment of the master's degree, with appropriate level of supervision.
- Certification: CPR
- Other Requirements : TST Screening, Hep B Vaccine or Waiver, Background Check, Current Driver's License and Proof of Automobile insurance.
