About The Position

Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is assisting our client, Indiana Regional Medical Center, located in Indiana, PA, in recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting. Experience with children/adolescents is highly preferred.

Requirements

• A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program
• Active and valid LCSW or LPC license in the state of PA
• At least 2 years clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mental health concerns
• Create treatment plans
• Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct crisis interventions
• Maintain patient records via Electronic Health Record
• Refer patients to other mental health providers
