Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, daylight hours between 8:00am-5:00pm with potential of flexibility - No Weekends or Holidays! About the Team: We are a mission‑driven practice specializing in Reproductive Mental Health, a subspecialty of Psychiatry dedicated to supporting women through every stage of the reproductive lifecycle—including pregnancy, the postpartum period, fertility challenges, and menopause. We also provide specialized care for women navigating breast or gynecologic cancer diagnoses as part of our Psych‑Oncology services. Requirements

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.
Two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (CSW) is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily clinical productivity records.
Provide individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting.
Participate in treatment team meetings to review cases, update plans, and coordinate care.
Use evidence-based treatment approaches and adapt them as needed.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Support regulatory and licensure activities with leadership.
Manage administrative tasks related to patient care independently.
Document all clinical activities promptly and accurately.
Continuously develop clinical skills and apply new treatment methods.
Review complex cases with supervisors and clinical staff.
Ensure timely clinical documentation and support insurance authorization.
Adjust treatment plans based on changing patient needs and program guidelines.
Coordinate referrals to other care levels or community resources as appropriate.
