BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill! This is a field-based role throughout all of Hernando County working with adults with substance use involved with child welfare.

Requirements

Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Driver's License
2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship.

Nice To Haves

LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work)
1 year of relevant experience with Master's

Responsibilities

Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.
Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.
Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.
Performing other duties as assigned.
