Pine Outpatient Program (Pine OP) at UPMC Western Behavioral Health provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults ages five to twenty‑five. The program offers diagnostic assessments, medication management, and individual, family, and group therapy for a wide range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders. Pine OP utilizes evidence‑based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and COPE. The multidisciplinary team is creative, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment, supporting patients and families, and building meaningful connections that promote long‑term wellbeing. This position works Monday through Friday with daylight hours with the expectation to work some evenings if required.
