About The Position

This is a full-time day-shift position working from 8am-5pm with every 3rd weekend. The role involves providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Missouri or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Missouri or Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in Missouri.
  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Oklahoma or Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) in Oklahoma or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oklahoma or Licensed Counselors and Drug Counselor - Mental Health (LADC-MH) in Oklahoma or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oklahoma or Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) in Oklahoma or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma.
  • Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Wisconsin or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin or Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL) in Wisconsin or Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) in Wisconsin or Professional Counselor Training License (LPC-IT) in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills for potential admission, including telehealth assessments.
  • Develops a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for the patient and provides psychotherapy, group, and family therapy if applicable.
  • Collaborates with other members of the multidisciplinary team, as appropriate, to develop treatment goals for the patient.
  • May participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences discussing information obtained from patient assessments, updates, treatment plans.
  • Provides appropriate documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultation with other healthcare professionals, referrals, contacts and supportive services provided to each patient.
  • Completes necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.
  • Provides direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Performs discharge planning.
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
