Manage all daily residential operations ( i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.) Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is .
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
- Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily residential operations ( i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
- Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
