Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification.
• CPI certification.
• 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior.
• Participate as a member of the treatment team.
• Contribute to the Master Treatment Plan and implement appropriate interventions from the plan.
• Conduct individual and group psychoeducation.
• Facilitate leisure activities and life-skill training and coaching for all patients.
• Monitor the safety of patients and the unit.
