We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support our clients and staff. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in ensuring client well-being and the smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assist with the intake process for new clients.
Maintain detailed client records through verbal communication and written logs.
Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
Facilitate client activities, such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete shift reports.
Ensure adherence to client schedules and treatment plan objectives.
Monitor the medication line and assist with medication distribution.
Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
