Location: Primarily based in our Ann Arbor, MI center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Reliable transportation is required. Your Role: Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. What We're Looking For: Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OR a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree or a High School diploma PLUS significant relevant work experience (patient care, in-person customer service, or healthcare). Relevant clinical certification is preferred but not required. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation is required. Requirements
