About The Position

This is not just a job. It is a front-line role in the lives of children and adolescents who need stability, guidance, and unwavering support. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be the steady presence in moments of crisis, the model for positive change, and the advocate for growth when it matters most. With a Work Wellbeing Score of 83 on Indeed, our team consistently reports strong purpose, engagement, and impact. If you are looking for meaningful work where your presence changes outcomes every single day, this is it.
