About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between our operating hours of 7am-7pm.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Cary but the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.
