About The Position

At MIND 24-7, we are fundamentally changing the landscape of mental health care by creating a "front door" that is always open, always welcoming, and always ready to help. Our mission is to provide accessible, compassionate care for everyone—no matter the time of day or the challenges they face. Through our Express Care, Crisis Care, and Outpatient Progressions programs, we meet people where they are, delivering immediate and inclusive support that lifts up individuals and families. We believe that every team member, whether providing direct care or supporting behind the scenes, is essential to making this mission real every single day. Mind 24-7 is transforming the way behavioral health care is delivered by offering walk-in, 24/7 access to mental health services for youth and adults. Our model supports individuals in crisis, urgent care needs, and short-term medication stabilization. We operate high-acuity environments where compassion meets innovation—and where care begins the moment someone walks through our doors. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Mind 24-7, you will support patients receiving crisis stabilization and psychiatric care. Often serving as the first line of interaction, you will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment while working directly with nursing and clinical teams.
