Saint Mary’s Regional Health System offers community focused healthcare services in Russellville; AR. Saint Mary’s 170-bed acute care hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient services. Russellville, overlooking 34,000-acre Lake Dardanelle and the Arkansas River, is renowned for its bass fishing and a state park has two locations providing everything needed for an enjoyable outing. Requirements

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Must have within 45 days of hire
  • Handle with Care (HWC) Mush have within 45 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Assists patients with performing activities of daily living.
  • Provides or assists with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
  • Observes and records patient behavior and activities. Reports any changes in physical, mental or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.
  • Provides crisis intervention with incoming calls and on the unit to maintain safety.
  • Review and comply with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.
