About The Position

We offer a full continuum of care from medical detox to recovery supportive housing with treatment options in the St. Louis area. Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (Member Care Specialist) who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! As a Member Care Specialist, you will: Act as a behavioral health technician and recovery support Be representatives of the treatment staff and observe all member activities, Maintain a visible presence among members at the treatment center and during outside activities. Circulate throughout the program to be available to meet any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of the members Determine the need for additional support and ensure this information is provided to counselors, nurses, and therapists. This position is for our overnight shift, 7 pm - 7 am.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the treatment industry
A current and valid Missouri Driver's License (Class E required after 30 days of employment)

Responsibilities
