Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.) Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff Record and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.) Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100- bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
Dignified character that models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
