Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Assist with the intake process for new clients.
Communicate effectively with staff through verbal and written logs.
Provide client support and actively listen to their treatment needs.
Ensure a structured and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
Coordinate and facilitate exciting activities such as lectures, recreation, and group meetings.
Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete shift reports.
Attend shift changes, team meetings, and company meetings.
Ensure clients follow their daily schedules and treatment plans.
Monitor the medication line.
Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
