Position Overview Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT’s) monitor and assist adolescent clients in the residential milieu, lead activities designed to help the residents adjust to living in a community setting and assist the residents in gaining the skills needed to manage their eating disorder. BHT’s play an integral role in the day-to-day function of the clients’ experience. Schedule Full Time 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) Evening/Overnight Evening Shifts: 2pm-10:30pm, 4pm-12:30am Overnight Shifts: 10pm-6:30am Every other weekend required (Saturday & Sunday) Schedule is made a month at a time with majority of scheduling being evening shifts & overnight shifts as needed Compensation Disclosure BHT I: Starting hourly range between $18.00-$21.00 Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
