We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am-7pm. Why Greenbrook? Location: Will be based primarily based in our Greenbelt center but will be required to provide coverage in other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers. Your Role: Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required. Requirements
